Case Officer ?
 

I have read posts on here about people writing to their case officer. How do you know who your case officer is??
I received my acknowledgment back in July with no mention of a case officer. Do you have to contact Adelaide to find out who he or she is?

I found out by sending an email query on my case via the government website www.immi.gov.au stating my reference number. The case officer emailed back the next day.

We were only aware of our case officer once we had received our request for our medicals.
