Now we have sucessfully obtained our rr visa we are trying to make the most of this time putting together our cv's (resume) and start looking for work, mainly for my husband.
We were wondering
1. What's the job situation is like for carpenters in Adelaide
2. What salary could he expect
3. Is it worth applying from the Uk with the view that he could go there before us.

We have done job searches and not come up with much.
