Default Car share club

Has anybody used these cars? What are your thoughts on the scheme?

I am happy with public transport and 'shanksy's pony' and don't really want to buy a car but there are some places that I need to get to for a short period during the day where a car would be useful. I'm in Melbourne if that makes any difference.

Haven't used one here in Oz but have when I lived in London. They are great and as a result of using them I got rid of my car which saved me a fortune. Hopefully these'll get going in Oz soon.

They already are. Go Get is very popular in Sydney. I am a member, and while I don't use the cars, I have made extensive use of the vans that are littered around the city. I am wondering if I should consider ditching the car now.
