Default Car rental - Brisbane

Hi
I've searched all of the big name car rental companies and found a price of $570 a week (full size car with full insurance). Anyone know of any local companies that do a better deal?

We'll only need a rental car until we buy, at this price I reckon we'll be buying pretty quickly!

Hi Rob

I had a look there earlier (as per movingplanet email), cost was about $570.

What are you doing for a car when you get there?

We booked a car with Rolo rent a car - don't know if they are any good, but they were pretty cheap in comparison to others - we have got an MPV for $900 for 2 weeks (cheaper as it is a '98 model so older than the norm.)
