alright mate, dont hire a car at airport if possible...get to the city yourself and hire through bayswater (2 depots one in city one in subi). Loads cheaper than airport...$20 a day will get you a corrola hatch.

We've used Bayswater in the past and they were good (although I don't think it ever got as low as $20/day for us!).

However once we were travelling with a toddler it got more complicated as you'd need an (Australian) car seat for the taxi into town and then for the hire car. I seem to recall they don't have them but can put you in touch with a third party, and it all got a bit complicated.

Since we've had a child we've used Burswood Car Rentals. Very quick process, and the seat was installed for us. On our last trip we used Avis as it was marginally cheaper but then they handed us the car seat and we had to install it. Having never had to use one with tether straps before, it was a real faff in the boiling sun and we won't use them again.

Ive just had a look at Carhire3000, its unbelievable cheap, there must be a catch!

Have you used this company before? Are they any good? For what im paying for 2 weeks with No Birds, I can get a motor for a month with CH3000!!
