car hire in perth
Hiya all,
can anyone recommend a car hire firm in Perth that doesn't need a photographic drivers license ? I'm P----d off coz I've been through a few and you have to go through all the booking rigmarole only to find that you need to produce a license with a photo or an international license. I've only got the old scabby half chewed green thing from 20 odd years ago.
Cheers,
tara the noo,
Dek.
PS I'm landing in Perth BTW.

Hello mate,
We used a place called M2000 which is in Jundaloop, recommended by a friend of ours.
I only had my old tatty green licence which had been washed half a dozen times and was only held together by tiny threads !!!
We hired 2 Hyundai Tuscons. They were brand new and got a good deal when we booked them for about 19 days. I think we paid about $35 dollars per day for each car.
I couldnt fault them at all, even though the young lad in the office thought he was a bit of a wide boy. His patter didnt work with us scousers, you cant kid a kidder eh !!!!
Nah but seriously, we went around and seen some shi-te places with some cars about 5 years old and they wanted $40 - 50 dollars per day.
M2000 were spot on mate, give them a try.

They have got a few branches with the head office in Perth City.
Hope this helps

We used them for mum and dad when they were over but that tosser put us off. He had a car stereo on so loud we couldn't even here him. Certainly cheap but the car had a rego 3 months out of date and wasn't even clean.
We used DriveWest at Scarborough and had a very good experience with them. Didn't mind us changing dates and even let us off with a small scuff on the bumper.
