Whats the procedure in case of car accident?!
is there any web site gives info about procedure people have to do in Victoria to report car accident

Have you got a UBD? There's a page in the back that lists what needs to be done - seems mostly commonsense

Also read the brochure given to you by your insurance company,with your policy thoroughly. They advise you NOT to admit any liability on the spot but disclose all information to the police and to the insurance company when making your claim. Also, even if the vehicles are not towed away, you must report to police if the damage exceeds a certain amount. Insurance companies now operate claims advice 24/7.

Most tow truck-operators have cards set out so that it makes it easier for people to exchange details without the need for them to find paper and pens, if recovery vehicles are required.

I know you (the OP) mentioned VIC but note for all reading this is that I'm pretty sure that the exact rules vary from state to state e.g. when (if involved in a crash) you should report an accident to police.
