I think your friend is confusing visa options. The only two year visas are working holiday visas, which you are too old for or a employer sponsored visa, which would mean you have to find an employer willing to sponsor you. That, is pretty hard these days. What is your actual occupation and how much experience in it do you have?

My actual experience is as social worker 8+years, from pakistan, and i don't have any professional experience in canada, just a college graduate certificate, one year, i worked in Canada Revenue agency just for 8 months, what r my chances and which work visa will be easy to get.

Check that link for details on available visas. Be warned, nothing about Australian Immigration is easy.
