Can you recommend
..just waiting to lodge my bond...............can anyone recomend a state to lodge with.
Have heard some of them are a bit slow at sending out the confirmation.

We've lodged in SA (Adelaide) We lodge last wednesday and are still waiting to hear???????????
I assume it will go through our agent and he will tell us. I don't know if some states are slower than others. Hopefully being in Adelaide the post might get there quicker!!!!!!!!!!1

I have emailed SA a number of times requesting they send paperwork to me to lodge with them...my emails are returned undelivered!!!

Hi Sandra,
Its worth staying up late one night and calling them all. That way you will get the best rate of interest. I did this and the range was 4.5 to about 5.16%. .6% of 100,000 is still $600 so worth having. I went with SA and although the process was smooth to get the cash there, they still haven't sent my forms to ASPC. Try Queensland who have (had) a good rate and seem to be well organised.

we are going to lodge with Queensland, they were really efficient in answering emails and sending the relevant form! As soon as the monies are in the bank we'll lodge with them!

We lodged with Queensland, they emailed us when they received the money. They were very quick to reply to our email initially, western australia took 5 days to reply. They have been great.
Tickets booked for 25th August (Malaysia Airlines) !!!!!!!!!!!!:scared:

just waiting for the remortgage monies to go in to the bank, should be there by end of week, had mortgage offer
so things ok, haven't sold bungalow yet either but had a 'good viewing' saturday, they were outside again this morning having a snoop but not holding my breath or building my hopes up, if they offer then good, if not, why not!!!!

This makes us appear ancient!!!
Getting fed up..havent heard a word from DIMIA at all.....not even had a viewing on the house in over a week.
We were advised that our type of property sells within 2 days!! REALLY!!!!!
