Should I try and arrive before 11 sept 05.
Does this mean i can apply for citizenship in 2007(cos i'll have resided for 2 years in Perth?
What if I arrive after this date?
Is this when I would apply for RRV
Or ....oh I don't know - help

Apologies in advance

The bottom line is:

- if you move after Sept 2005 you will face complications getting an RRV after Sept 2007 until you have been in Australia for 2 years. However you will be able to stay in Australia if there on the expiry date (but not leave for any reason without an RRV).

- if you don't move by Sept 2007, your PR is likely gone for good.

If you need any more detailed advice, you need to hire an agent expert in RRVs (not all are, so choose well) and be prepared to pay a reasonable fee.
