my mum bought some twiglets over from the uk last time she visited, and i was reading the back of the packet and it said something like "imported into australia by......" 
and this was a packet that was purchased in the uk.... i've never seen them in then shops, but you must be able to get them somewherso, if someone wants to check out a multipack in the supermarket and pass on the address, i'm sure you'd be able to get some.
