Can you drive in UK on P-Plate licence?
Hi. My 21 year old son has been offered a teaching job in UK for 2 years. He has dual (UK/Australian) citizenship. He currently holds an Australian P-plate licence (converts to full open licence in Nov). Can he drive in UK (he gets there in August) on his provisional licence? Anyone come across this? Thanks

I think you can drive on an Australian license for up to 12 months in UK
A P-plate license holder has still passed a driving test and is not the same as a UK provisional which is a learners permit. |
