Can my other half take out his tools for work
Hi all, well we sold the house at a bit of a loss but that's the way the housing market at mo in UK. Fingers crossed now buyers don't change mind before completion. Does anyone know if my oh would be allowed to take his work tools with him to Oz if he gives them a good clean .He is a brickie, so he would be taking trowel spirit levels etc, and other bricklaying tools.

Yes. No problem at all. Must be cleaned thorougly. No biological matter, give them a clean, pressure wash, sanding, treat with something like WD40, and you'll be fine.

Hi
I brought tools over and I gave them a really good clean then sprayed them with WD40 and wrapped them in cling film, no problems at all. |
