Can I squeeze out money somewhere?
Im heading to work in Australia for two years. This is all new for me but am I able to get any money back i.e tax return or anything? When I leave UK I wont have a job nor house.

If you have been working in the UK for part of a tax payer then you probably would have overpaid tax as your personal allowance won't have been fully utilised. If that is the case, then yes you would get a refund.

Check if you are entitled to any Working Tax Credits, even if you're not entitled based on your full income from the previous tax year you might actually be entitled based on the part year income in the year you leave. You can claim until you leave the UK and also get them backdated (for 3 months, last I knew)

Yes, you are, as mentioned above. I got mine when I first came over, I had a call from the Basingstoke tax office mid-morning their time. I was at the Gabba watching the cricket, and was pretty smashed.
