Default Can I Assume???

I am in the process of applying for a skilled ndependent visa and have got as far as submitting my medical and police records to Adelaide. Am I safe in assuming that they have in effect 'approved' all the information and details that have been submitted so far, and that subject to satisfactory medical and police checks, should be successful in getting visa?

I believe that as long as your medicals and police checks are clear that there shouldn't be any reason not to issue a visa. Looks like you are almost there!

Good luck.
