Can CCJ count against you?
HI Guys
I'm a first timer in need of some advice please.
My partner and I will be going to Brisbane in Jan on a student visa, but are hoping to apply for PR after the course finishes (2 years time), what I need to know is if my partner has a county court judgements against him in UK, will this stop us getting PR. I am the one who will be a student and gaining the skill and have no CCJ's.

If you fail to pay your debts lenders take you to court and it makes it near impossible to get further credit off any lender apart from the unscupulous ones that is
