We submitted application for spouse visa in October at London, and medicals/police checks submitted January. I have a child from a previous relationship, subsequently his natural father is taking court action, to try and stop him going, do I inform DIMA of this now or wait until the court as made a decision? As anyone been in this situation and had a positive outcome? All replies gratefully appreciated.
