I am enquirying on behalf of friends who recently enquired about migration to Australia, from UK under skilled migration. The friend in question recently attended court and was charged under section 4 (English Law). Could anyone tell me what would now be their chances of migration due to this and do you think they have any chance of being able to migrate to Australia in the future???!!! Thanks Leeann
