We are at the start of the emmigration process and are going for a 137 state sponsored visa. We have never been to Adelaide and wondered where is a nice area to live.We have 3 kids 8,10 and 13 and we are looking in the price region of 350,000 AUS Dollars (4 bedroom or more)

Hi
Can't help just now as I'm still in the UK. I'm heading to Adelaide as well (need to sell house ) I've never been either
Have you looked on www.realestate.com.au to get an idea of what you can afford, suberbs etc.
Also try asking this on http://s2.invisionfree.com/Adelaidebrits/ as that site is dedicated to Adelaide.
Good luck with things

Hi,
We are going to head for Brighton, Oaklands Park or Hove.
All of the above are lovely, we were there for 2 weeks last October, everyone is so friendly!
Even the Native Crim's!
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Rachel & Paul

Yes, in Oaklands Park prob, but nothing decent in Brighton for that $$.
Remember when looking on Real Estate, most houses look fine for the $$, but when you go and see OMG! Photos are decieving..
Good luck, theres loads to chose from. We ended up in an area that we hadnt even considered
