Can anyone comment on the new areas around Perth?
Hi There,
Just wondered if anyone knew what the new areas of Perth are like, for Schools and living. Kinross, Mindarie, Quinns Rocks and Ellenbrook?

Hi there
have been in Perth 6 weeks and are seriously thinking of buying a plot of land in Brighton beach (Beach side).
Have looked at houses in quinns (Nice to be on beach)
Mindarie( very expensive and very windy)
Kinross( alot older)
Ellenbrook ( Middle of no where ) houses are nice but very little up ther yet!!
They are very geared up for kids here our little girl is 2 so there are a few years untill she goes to school but even the fee paying schools are quite affordable not like the UK!!
We have are renting in Hillarys for 6 months untill we decide what to do. Best advice spend plenty of time making the decision we have changed our mind at least 20 times in 6 weeks!!
Hope this helps

Brighton can only sell blocks around the road the rest is going to be developed by the Yankies it will sky rocket.
