Default Can Any one recommend

Looking for an accountant in Perth who can help, and understands owning property In london.

I kept my flat in London and started my new life in perth. I have just been told that I need to declare on my (oz)tax return my london flat???

Ive not done this the last 2 years and need a recommnedation to an accountant that understands tax stuff for UK/OZ

Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe try Collett & Co, which is part of Go Matilda - they deal with both visas and tax (both Australian & UK tax).

Do you get an income from the UK property. If yes, then technically you should declare it.

You don't have to bother declaring but if you get audited then you're screwed. The choice is yours esp as being a UK property I doubt it'll be negatively geared.
