Default Calling All Redlandshire Residents

We are just entering (Nov- March) the season when the koala's are most active. When travelling through an area that is known for its koala activity can we please drive with care. If you see an injured koala on the side of the road please call WILD LIFE RESCUE on: 3833 4031 this is a 24 hour service the Redlandshire council provide. We will come & collect any sick or injured koala's & take them to a local vet. This also applies to any dead koala's as the council is trying to keep a track on urban development & how it affects these creatures. You can also call this number for any other injured native animal. Please do not try & pick up an injured koala, they really can be very aggressive.

We have all moved to this beautiful country, let us do our bit to help keep its wildlife safe. Just add this number 3833 4031 to your mobile phone & ask your friends to do the same. Thank you
