Please Help !

I have an extremley mature 15 going on 25 year old daughter, we will be arriving on the sunshine coast on the 1st Novemeber. and she is begininng to get extremly stressed and upset about the pending move.

She thinks that she will not make any new friends etc or have any sort of social life ever again.

Are there any Girls/Boys out there who would be willing to put her mind at rest and perhaps keep in touch

Hi Jacquie, when I was heading to the UK last and thought I didn't want to spend all that time with my folks I hit the 'singles' sites and simply specified I was just looking for pen pals / friendship.

Met quite a few people that way. Didn't meet up with most of them in person, but it certainly was reassuring. www.findsomeone.com.au is a free one that springs to mind!

I guess it's much the same as you want to do, just a different style.

I'm not on the sunshine coast myself I'm afraid but am 21 so if she has any questions let me know

Hi Jacquie,

To put your mind at rest, we too have a daughter of the same age and she has had no problem meeting new friends. The only problem is trying to stop her from going to the all night parties.
