Calboolture, Morayfield

Can anyone give me advice about any reasonable estates on Calboolture?

What's the prices doing at the moment are they going up or down?

Is there any land available, looking about 600 plot size?

What amenities are there, ie schools, shops?

How long does it take to drive to Brisbane CBD and the beach?

Any help appreciated.:)

Theres developments all around the Caboolture are and along Bribie Island road, depends what you are after, 600 seems a smallish block to have a reasonable house and outside area.
Maybe look down the train line places from Caboolture, Berpengary, Narangba, Moreyfield and my favourite Dakabin (queue the tip jokes) - I live there and love it, easy access to motorway and train station to city - 40 mins straight into Central!
New part of Alma Heights estate is being done now it may be the last part as they are supposed to be stopping anymore development around the area but who knows!

Narangba has a new land release at Creekside, plots vary from 600 to 1085. The school is 5 minutes walk, as is the small shopping centre but Morayfield and North Lakes are around 10-15 minutes drive. On a good day you can drive to the CBD in an hour, on a bad day, unlucky you will be.

There is a train station at Narangba and it is a 50 minute journey to the CBD.

Redcliffe beach is around 20 minutes away and Bribie a little longer

Hope this helps

Bobby

Hi Guys,
we came over to bundaberg from the UK in May, but karen's job has not worked out:( but she now has a job with Blue Care:thumbsup: and we are moving down to caboolture/ Morayfield towards the end of september.

Just wondering what the rental situation is like and whether caboolture High or Morayfield High would be the better school?

Any advice would be great
Thanx Alan

Narangba High is a good school, esp if your kids are musical or into dance as they have academy programmes for those subjects.
I get from Narangba to Caboolture in about 20mins everyday
