Does anyone have any information and opinions on the Brisbane south suburb of Calamvale.

We have to narrow down our options of suburbs to live in when finally arrive in Oz, Calamvale is currently on our shortlist.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

We visited Calamvame in June this year. We actually stayed with family in
Parkinson which is a 5 min drive from Calamvale. Our family (brother and
sister in law and kids) migrated to Aus (Parkinson) last Nov but have old
school friends who have lived in Calamvale for 13 years and love it !
From what we saw of Calamvale it was a really nice area and very
convenient for Brisbane city or Gold coast as it is only 30/40 mins either
way. If and when we get our visas, I can see us living in the Calamvale
area.
