It's out near Armadale. It's an area that is undergoing huge expansion. I've only driven through it but it's pretty crappy land that is being developed into modern Australian Legoland. Property in fairly cheap by Perth standards. It's close to the Tonkin highway so easy to get to most places.

I agree with Amazulu, legoland definitely sums it up!!! Handy for the city though but a country feel....
