buying land what area?
Hi
We have just moved over and are looking at the Kawana Forest area on the Sunshine Coast. We have been looking at all the new developments along the coast and think everywhere is lovely. We have had to make some decisions quickly as we needed to get kids in school etc. and establish a routine. Is this a good area, has anyone else looked at it.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Follow your gut instincts !
If the area looks nice, prices are reasonable, grafitti is spelled correctly.. your on a winner !
