Default Buying a house??

Hi All,
just a quick general question regarding mortgages. If and when we get to oz my partner and I would expect to have a joint income of approx $90k perhaps more, we are not house owners at present so we would have to save the depoisit. Anway the question is what price range of house would we be able to afford

thanks for your help we are a long way off even getting to oz but thinking about these things keeps me going!!

If you search the Lounge forum there is quite a lot of discussion on housing in there
