Would this still be accurate for Mark if the vehicle was sold with current Vic registration certificate and plates to him in Queensland (for arguement sake)?
Reason that I am asking this is that a dealer at Kedron is offering one vehicle with Victorian rego and one with New South Wales plates and I am unsure.
I assume that the reverse would apply if sold to a Queensland resident.
