Hi, having now received our visa we are planning ahead and are wondering whether it is possible to purchase a car soon after arriving in Oz whilst still in temporary accommodation without a fixed address? Does anybody know as we do not want to have to hire a car until we find fixed accommodation?

Hi, I would imagine it depends how you are paying. If paying cash, why should it matter?

If credit then they might need more but not sure on this!
