Help buttercupHi, you answered a thread that I posted the other night. It was regarding my friend and partner going to Oz. I told you that he holds a valid NZ passport but has lived in the UK most of his life. Now he aint the problem as we know he can live and work there. But not sure which road to take regarding his partner. Apparently you have just been through this process yourself so I would appriciate it if you could tell me which visa she is to apply for, they have been a couple for 12yrs but are not married.
