Business Visa
***HELP*** Seriously need some urgent advice please. We are looking to move to Oz under the business visa option. Does anyone know what the term 'undesirable business activities' actually means. if a person has for indirect reasons been struck off register to act as a company director, will this affect a business visa application. The person concern is able to carry on in business but not under the gize of a limited company. Consequently any business to be purchased in Oz would too but trading as a sole trader and not a company. Is there anyone that could help answer this or direct us to somewhere that may help.
