Business On Rented House
We are living on a rented unit in Melbourne. My wife wants to start her own business of clothing & alterations from home. Can anyone suggest what are the legal requirements & will the landlord have any objections to this?

Check your rental agreement or talk to the rental agents/owner. The owner has the final say.
