Well what error message are you getting?

Make sure all the details are specified exactly as they are on your statements...address etc.

There might be a general problem with payments...a few reports on Flyertalk from this evening. You've left it relatively late.

Hi all

Just to let you know the problem was with my phone number, not matching my account info. Once I fixed that worked fine. Now to get searching for a trip.

So...im still searching KVS for flights back to the Uk in 2weeks and feeling hopeful that something tasty might come up - especially now we have enough points for a 1st class trip - eek

Anyway... whilst ive been playing around with KVS ive noticed award flights coming up for later in the year with Cathay Pacific in 'W' coding which is Premium Economy.

Premium Economy looks pretty damn good as a next best option to business but just wondering if we will be allowed to book them (using business class points) - or if that is just going to confuse US airways...

Would love to know your thoughts

As far as I know, you can't book premium economy using US Dividend Miles.

They've never understood the concept...It is more prevalent in OneWorld though so they might get there in the end...I doubt it's possible now though.

Can i still use KVS search Tool for Oneworld, if so under what programme do i look i can see method /oneworld but the system does not seem to want to search

Method OneWorld = Qantas > you need to give it QFF credentials*
Method BA-OneWorld = BA > you need to give it BA credentials**
Method JL-OneWorld = JAL > you need to give it JAL mileage bank credentials***

*This method shows results on Emirates (EK) - NO, you can't book them with US miles! NO, not even if they are QF codeshares!

**You can't register with an Australian address, use a UK one if you need to

***If you want to use the JAL method, which is considered to be the most accurate for Cathay Pacific availability you must not register your account in Oceania region - create your account using a UK address.

Sometimes one method is not responsive so worth having them all set up.

Note that when you select a method the 'Airlines' field shows you the ones that that method can be used to search.

Hi bc so what you are saying is that i need a JAL Mileage Account, i must register this, so i need to give them a UK address even if i am in Australia.
also a uk email address or a google email address, is that correct thanks
