Not many. The rate of bulk billers in Canberra is amongst the lowest in the country - perhaps because we are essentially a wealthier community in general. Even if a practice bulk bills there are probably conditions which include low income or health care card recipient.

Edited to add that I could recommend a good inner north practice just not a bulk billing one!
