Builders punchlists
 

Hi All,
We are getting closer to completeing our project home house build & are thinking about the 1st builders punchlist.

We have never built in Australia before & have a very short list so far (2 obvious items).

I know that many of my fellow expats have built homes here & does anyone have some unusual punch items that are not easily found.
