Which builder Sunshine coast
I have just brought land on the Sunshine Coast but which builder is best? and who should I never touch? who gives good value for money?

You have got to love metricon houses.
And i think they have some good deals at the moment.

me, but I don't get there until later this year so can't build any homes before then!? 
Looked at Metricon homes last time we were visiting, nice designs.
Problem is with all the project home builders they build to bare minimum code which is not really that good in my opinion.
I'll be beefing up everything when I build our first home on the sunshine coast to be well above minimum code.
