Build new or renovate
Right, let's say you had a budget of around $400,000.
I know that in most of the area's in or around Perth this isn't going
to buy a lot of house, certainly straight off the peg anyway.
So, if you were to consider either building from scratch or finding
something to do up, what do you think offers the best value.
I had always fancied the idea of buying a property to renovate,
but I'm not sure there would be many opportunities to do this in Aus.
Also, although I'll have a go at some diy jobs myself, anything more
technical ie electrics/ plumbing etc would be left to the experts
Bearing this in mind, how to do the cost's of tradesman compare
to the UK.
