Budget? Wot budget?

About the only thing that I understood from this evening's budget is that "Nationbuilding" has replaced "Working families" as a buzzword.

Aye, and I thought this was going to be a "hard" budget that would generate "howls of protest" :huh:

There's going to be a freeze on indexation of FTA & FTB for the next 3 years...
