Budget 2008

Well Just watched it all plus all the skimpy analysis, plus all the very pro govt. journalism that went with it. I will be about $4 a week better off, Yippee!

Seriously though apparently they are reducing foriegn withholding tax from 30% to 7.5%...But what is it? Anyone know?
