Well, there is such an acute shortage of rental properties here that people are quite literally living in tents, pitched in showgrounds. I guess this is bad for them and good for you?

Hi all,
we have just bought the house it settles on 17th November and will be available a few days later once fully furnished.
The house is brand new it has four bedrooms the master with ensuite, a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. There is air con in the lounge and master bedroom all other bedrooms have ceiling fans. Sorry there is no pool.
The house is in Strathpine (north brisbane) only 5 minutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the westfield shopping centre. We are renting the house out from a mimimum of one week, so holiday rentals are available for anyone coming over to validate those visa's!!
