Default BRISBANE CHRISTMAS - GREAT FOR KIDS

Hi All

Just came back from Brisbane, went to see the open air movie and fireworks and get some christmas spirit. Great inexpensive night out and well worth the drive. Kids really enjoyed it, christmas carols, fireworks which everyone can see, movies and a sausage sizzle for free.

Do you see the kids choir singing carols by the Tibetan Temple? They were great, was over there with our 2 year old and she was transfixed. We spent a few hours there while the OH wantonly got drunk at a Xmas meal

Missed the fireworks though, shame.

Don't spend a cent either, apart from the parking. Love it here.

That's the one, they were raising money for sick kids ... apparently $70 a month will get you 3.

Hi Jane

Glad you had a good time. Really sorry I couldn't make it - kids would have loved that! We're going to try and go down and watch the fireworks on New Years Eve!
