Smile Brisbane Bound

Hi guys

Just thought we would let you all know that we are flying off to our new lives on the 22nd of May. :scared:

Everything here is nearly done. Seven Seas come tomorrow to pick up our belongings Our whole lives in seven boxes!!!!

No house to sell so it's off we go.

Staying at Gateway Village Resort for the first two weeks spoke to them on the phone and they seem really nice.

Is it "normal" to have second thoughts before you go????
Kids are fine, it is just us panicing

Good luck to everyone still in the process.

Good luck guys, and hope you all settle in really quickly.
I should imagine it is perfectly normal to have to reassure yourselves that YOU ARE making the right move.

All the best, and maybe catch up with you in Brisbane later in the year.

Neil.

Good luck in your new life. I'm sure it's totally normal to have 2nd thoughts. In fact, I think it would probably be abnormal not to .
Maybe catch up with you in Brisbane hoping to go at the end of August.

Hey, good luck, hope to be there early September, we have the odd time when we need to reassure ourselves, but there's always going to be the 'what if' if we stay, so I reckon just do it !! Easier said than done though.....

We have been looking at flight prices, who are you going with? Singapore Airlines seem to offer the best deals at the mo.

Hi Lynne & Steve,

You are having the same feelings as everyone that I know of who has done this. It's like having birthday's, christmas and the feeling of panick and dread all in one go. You are extremely lucky to be going to a truely beautiful place with the chance of making a new life, new friends, the adventure has almost begun. Stick with it and enjoy the ride

Good luck for the future, and keep us posted.

One question how much did seven seas cost you, and how big/heavy are your boxes?
