Default Brisbane area Welders

Seen the migration agent on Wednesday and handed over a bag of money.....full steam ahead(ish)!

Are there any Welders on here?
What are the Welding shops like, conditions etc
Whats the average wage?
Doing my ASME 1X MIG and TIG codings now, been self employed for 9 years.
Seems like there's loads of jobs from what i've seen.

Cheers all.

Have you tried Seek.com.au ?

Loads of jobs on there, i have seen quite a few jobs in the Brissie area, from local Brisbane papers, especially for boilermakers and first class welders, boilermaker meaning big, big industrial type Welding, overhead, vertical etc, well I think that's right....
