The proprietors are quite eccentric but they don't bother you at all. :D

I've heard they are quite strict about their water usage policies. Apparently only one flush a day allowed :scared: Something about water shortages or something.

We stayed here when we went there in April. Lovely clean apartments but might be a bit pricy. I am sure they do long term rates. Might be worth sending them an email. Katy

No water shortages in the Redlands area, our main supply dam overflowed the other day, 100% full. :) But the Brisbane ones are still at about 35% :)

We stayed there in a 4 1/2 star apartment very nice, but not the best location.

It's fine if you have a car and we took a nice walk to the southbank easily from there (with babe in buggy) which is just a hop across the river to the shops. If we go back to Brisbane we'd definitely stay there again.

We didn't have a car and we had two buggys, too many hills, but as you say not a bad walk to the southbank and we often walked to the city from there over the bridge by the southbank.
