Default Bringing DVD movie backups

I am preparing for my flight to Brisbane and am converting a few DVD movies to much smaller avi files on my notebook computer. Do you think this will be frowned upon by Australian Customs as they might think I pirated them?

Unless you've got 100's of dvds I don't think they care. They aren't going to look at a laptop.

I brought over die hard 4.0 4 weeks ago in my laptop bag (wasn't even out here) along with about 20 other films/series on DVD. no probs.

Dont worry about it. They dont look, and they arent interested.
