Bribie Island
Any comments - how long travel time to city ? Is it a retirement area ? We have this on our shortlist, together with Cleveland, Victoria Point. It is worth having it on a shortlist to see in April ?

20 mins Bribie to Highway at Caboolture. 45 - 60 mins to CBD. Traffic can be at standstill on the highway at peak hour.
