Brentwood Rise.... do you live there?
OK, so by now everyone knows how expensive established housing is around Brisbane.... so, how about building? We can build a brand new 250sqm lowset plantation home on a flat elevated 800sqm block for $487k (fixed price contract and we keep our tax breaks) in Brentwood Rise near Augustine Heights. It would be a beautiful home. It'll take me 40 mins to get to work at the PA and my wife 30 mins to get to work in Indooroopilly. So what's stopping me? I'm really not sure! Do any of you lot actually live there yourselves? If so, tell me about it... the good and the bad. Hope you can help me make my mind up!
