Breaking Lease - New Tenant Required - Perth
We are moving out of our apartment 5 weeks early on 21/1/2013 and looking for someone to take over the lease and possibly extend it by another 12 months. Currently paying $580 p/w unfurnished.
Its a top floor apartment (9th floor) and comes unfurnished. The new tenants will have to be agreed to by the agent and owner - We are not the owners
If interested let me know any I can provide more details and pictures. Comes with uninterrupted views looking over the Swan River, swimming pool, gym, 9 hole putting green and many more.
