Default Breakdown on costs for letting UK property please?

I know this has been discussed previously but I can't actually find a list which states what the outgoings will be when letting your UK property. We are hoping to fly out on 14th November 05. House has been on the market a couple of weeks and no movement yet (I know its not long but we don't have long!) so we're seriously considering letting the property. I'm basically looking for a list to see if our rental income could cover the mortgage. If you could also include the companies you use for insurance etc please that would be fantastic.

I'm not too concerned about the tax implications at the moment because there won't be any profit from it - it should just be a case of breaking even.
